Thalwen，玄理会西玄部部长，玄理会建设时期重要参与者之一。

2025年，Thalwen参与玄理会建设行动，期间展现出优秀的学识素养与端正品行，为玄理会早期建设作出积极贡献。玄理会建设完成后，经理事会亲自授权，正式任命为西玄部部长，统筹一切西玄部内外工作。任职期间，Thalwen秉持玄理会章程与学术宗旨，负责西方占卜、塔罗及相关西方神秘学体系的研究与交流，统辖西方神秘学方向成员，推动西玄部各项事务规范运行。

Thalwen is the Director of the Department of Western Esotericism of SCMIR and a key participant during the association’s construction period. In 2025, Thalwen took part in SCMIR’s construction initiatives, demonstrating outstanding scholarly competence and integrity, and making positive contributions to the association’s early development. Upon the completion of SCMIR’s construction, Thalwen was formally appointed Director of the Department of Western Esotericism by the authorization of the Council, overseeing all internal and external affairs of the department. Since taking office, Thalwen has upheld the charter and academic purpose of SCMIR, responsible for the study and exchange of Western divination, Tarot, and related Western esoteric systems, supervising members in the field of Western esotericism, and promoting the orderly operation of the Department of Western Esotericism.

I. Participation in Construction
In 2025, participated in SCMIR’s construction initiatives, demonstrating outstanding scholarly competence and integrity, and making positive contributions to the association’s early development.
II. Appointment
Upon the completion of SCMIR’s construction, appointed Director of the Department of Western Esotericism by the authorization of the Council.
III. Current Responsibilities
Currently serving as Director of the Department of Western Esotericism, overseeing all internal and external affairs of the department, responsible for the study and exchange of Western divination, Tarot, and related Western esoteric systems, supervising members in the field of Western esotericism, and ensuring the orderly operation of the department.
